Data Deletion

1. Send a request

Email info@evomaro.com with the subject “Personal data request”. Say whether you seek access, correction, objection to processing or deletion. You do not need an account or an automated procedure to contact us.

2. Information needed to identify you

Do not send an identity document or sensitive information in your first email. If verification is needed, we will ask only for information proportionate to the request.

• Your name and the email address or phone number you used with EvoMaro.
• The product or service concerned, including EvoMaro Manager, or the WhatsApp number used to contact us.
• A description of the data or conversation concerned and, if possible, the approximate period.

3. How we handle requests

We acknowledge the request, verify identity if needed, locate data we control and tell you the outcome under applicable legal deadlines. If the data belongs to a business customer using an EvoMaro product, we may direct you to that business or cooperate with it under our obligations.

Where deletion applies, we delete or anonymize relevant data in systems we control. If backups still contain that data, their handling depends on technical possibilities and applicable legal duties. Some data may need to be retained for legal or contractual obligations or to defend rights; we will explain any applicable limit. Deletion does not necessarily remove copies retained by other WhatsApp conversation participants or by Meta under its own rules.

4. WhatsApp marketing

To object to promotional messages, email info@evomaro.com and identify the WhatsApp number concerned. The request is reviewed; this website does not automatically delete data or process opt-outs. You can separately request deletion of data related to those communications. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
